HealthKit
Protocol integrates with Apple HealthKit to display health-related data within the app, including step counts, workout sessions, and mindful minutes. This data is read directly from HealthKit on your device and is never collected, stored on external servers, or shared with third parties. HealthKit data is used solely to display your progress within the app. You can revoke HealthKit access at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Health.
